Identification data: name, email, phone — only when you voluntarily submit forms. Browsing data (with consent): pages visited, session duration, traffic source, via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP). Advertising data (with consent): interactions with Google Ads to measure campaign effectiveness. Technical cookies: essential to site functionality, no personal identification.
2. How We Use Data
Responding to contact and free diagnosis requests. Improving website performance and experience. Anonymous traffic analysis (Google Analytics 4). Measuring and optimising advertising campaigns (Google Ads, when active). Internal notifications about new contacts (Telegram, internal use only).
3. Data Sharing and International Transfers
We do not sell your data. We only share with: • Google LLC (Analytics + Ads) — servers in the USA; transfer under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy • Make.com — automations, encrypted data, EU servers • Vercel Inc. — hosting, USA and EU servers • MXRoute — email delivery, USA servers All transfers outside the EU are carried out with appropriate safeguards under GDPR.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use three categories of cookies: 🔒 Essential (always active) Required for basic site functionality. Without these, the site cannot operate correctly. 📊 Analytics (require consent) Google Analytics 4 — measures user behaviour anonymously (no personal identification). Data retention: 14 months. 📣 Marketing (require consent) Google Ads — used to measure advertising campaign effectiveness and show relevant ads. Data retention: per Google policy. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, ensuring no tracking cookies are activated without your explicit consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
6. Security and Data Retention
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data stored on certified servers (Vercel, Google Cloud). Form data retained as long as necessary to respond to your request. Anonymised analytics data retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.
